Website Redesign - Zend + Wordpress Theme -- 2

I have a website that I developed in Zend version 1.11. It also has a Wordpress Content Management System, where I mapped the Zend Views into a Theme. Now, it's been about 5 years since I changed the design. I wish to update the VIEWS / visuals of the site and make it responsive within Zend and also change the Wordpress Theme.

3. Bootstrap.

4. WP Theme Development

The developer must be able to create a remote development environment using SVN.

The developer must be able to craft in CSS the design. I will supply the graphics.
