URGENT MAGENTO DEVELOPER NEEDED ASAP to fix Broken 1.8 Site

Hi! I need an urgent Magento Developer who is an expert who can fix my websites today. The websites are [url removed, login to view] and bumbleandbeestudio.com. I need the following fixed:
• 1 Page checkout seems to have frozen and the checkout process cannot be completed.
• When loading the website and if clicking on a page, there is an interruption that lasts about 1 second. Here is a screenshot of what shows up when loading the site. . Interruptions seem to happen frequently among pages when clicking on new pages. (Screenshots attached)
. CPanel Category page seems to have gone haywire (see attached screenshot)
• Instagram Scrolling Bar on homepage has disappeared on homepage - this is less important but still important.
Payment will only be made after the website is confirmed working again and fixed. If you are an expert please check out the websites and get back to me with your proposal. Please also tell me your favorite city so I know you read this entire post.
