We are looking to buy only/not to develop from scratch.
Any freelancer/Company that has developed a fully working system, fully responsive with Mobile Apps, and a video conferencing learning environment linked or to be linked with the main platform. Any system meeting our requirements below 80% - 100%, will be considered, please review the list of requirements first before bidding.
Features:
Platform preferred is .net but would not mind looking at php, Lavarel, Codeigniter, NodeJS, ExpressJS
1. Database - scalable to handle 1m+ users and at least 1m+ daily concurrent users
