Theme customization backend

Hi,
We need some backend development inside our theme (box theme from chimpstudio). We are a website that have animals to adopt. We don´t sell nothing, just ads (in future). Everybody can see the animals but you need register/log in to contact the animal shelter. The animal shelter can upload their animals.
So we have to customize some things in theme:
- Delete packs features
- Add some features in register form (a checkbox that show us if the user is an animl shelter, in that case the registration will be made for us)
- When the user is not logged in, he can´t see "+Añadir Animal" button in navigation bar. In the animal page must be a button to contact the animal shelter, if he is not registered the form login should appear
Maybe this is enough by now, our web is at 60%, is not finished even not indexed, we are forcing no index no follow.
