Take photo with Android phone, crop and save on server

I'm building my own app and in this moment I need to have small app, where user can login with google or Facebook account, to be able to take picture and after taking picture to crop it down. I want that cropped picture to be saved on phone and if user is happy with to be uploaded on server (in folder just for that user) which will be processed by other software on pc later.
This is early stage of what I want to achieve, so winner of this project is more likely to get another project for different stage.
At this moment, it is for Android but later will be for iOS as well so, iOS developing is a plus.
