Take info from API and send emails via gmail account

You need to take information about orders from API and send emails via GMAIL with download links. We will enter download link near every possible product and system have to work automatically and send these emails with different download links. Also system have to have logs of every email sent and check IP and email address, if more than 5 download link are sent to one IP or the same email address it should be stopped and wait for approval, approval should be sent to admin email.
