Setup a reseller hosting website

I'm in the process of setting up a website for selling hosting. I'll be using an existing hosting company that has white-label reseller hosting and need help in setting up the WordPress front end using an existing Wordpress template that needs to be rebranded (similar to these themes: [login to view URL]).
I'll basically purchase a domain name, choose the reseller hosting package and choose a theme and work on content and pricing for the hosting services.
From there, we'll use project management software to communicate and work out the details but the end result would be to have a fully functional front end and some customized work on the hosting cPanel/ClientExec (possibly Biesta) on the hosting side. The hosting company has assured me that the backend just needs some configuration and is ready to go out of the box.
I'm looking for someone who knows WordPress and can work with me on the details of getting the hosting backend setup. I don't think this person needs to necessarily have a server background but ideally has worked in some capacity with cPanel and backends of hosting environments.
I'm ready to start anytime (once I decide on a domain name). I'm listing this as a "Very small project" but it could fall in the "Small project" category. Thanks!
