Scraping and Programming EXPERT required

We require a scraping and server admin expert to keep our feed running.
We MUST have you work on WEEKENDS and FRIDAY in Japan from JST 9am to 6pm FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY without fail also. This is our critical LIVE feed days although other days have feeds.
Please in your Proposal mention which days are critical.
Tasks include:
Checking Start of Scrapers Friday afternoon
Mapping Scraping and Being able to PRO-actively FIX any scraper when it drops or gets broken immediately.
Building other scrapers for more data. Building other systems.
Building Alerters for if the source pages change so we know within the minute.
Making sure Videos are working and building Backup resources.
Building backup strategies for if scarping goes down.
Understanding our scripts running on Friday and at 5pm after Live data feeds finish.
General Maintenance of servers running. Additionally create backup servers.
Maintaining our current scraping environment.
Other general programming work for our Data Feed Business.
