rebuild a2billing admin web interface with a Bootstrap theme

The old admin interface of a2billing ([login to view URL]) is now too old fashion.
We would like to use the responsive bootstrap template: "[login to view URL]".
We will use the PHP version of this template (php 5.5) to use the a2billing mysql.
You will have to :
1) recreate almost all the same menu/submenu that on a2billing (we will send you the list) and be sure that all the elements will be links together the same way that using the a2billing old admin interface.
2) use all the advanced search feature already included in the bootstrap them when we display a list of elements.
3) use this bootstrap module for call report : "[login to view URL]" (so knowledge in asterisk AMI might be necessary)
4) User log/password should be compatible with the old a2billing admin interface and we should have a global admin use able to assign permission to enable/disable menu and sub menu.
5) We will provide a web server with existing a2billing admin web interface + database running.
6) the final code should be delivered and will belongs to our company and you won't be authorise to use it for other similar projects.
