Add price list , add all items by an admin with login & password
Set minimum and maximum allowed discount by Admin / manager
Approval of quotations by Sales manager
Preset quotation format but with field chooser
Preparing quotation by sales team through software & saving as pdf to system or send as pdf to customer
Tracking of quotation status (Approved , Rejected , On Hold)
