Poll Created

The poll will consist of questions with multiple answers. The answers given will be in essence a vote for that answer, adding one to the vote count in an sql database.

So two questions is good enough in this form to cover the two different kinds that will be eventually be there.

Most questions will be straight forward, 'pick one of the following answers'.

But some of the questions will have - 'pick three of the following' - at this point there can be four to choose from, with the results of the three chosen sent to the database to update the vote count.

I need javaScript on the user end to restrict this cleanly, disabling the other options once three have been chosen.

I need a php check on the server side to double check if the user turns their javaScript off in the browser, sending an error message back to the page saying 'hey sorry you picked two' (or four) or whatever number, you must select three.

This is for something I'm just messing around with right now as I'm trying to learn the php side so please comment the code well so I can bend it, adapt it and figure it out.
