php website work

I require my website re-configured. Senior PHP required. I require a senior very skilled PHP developer with experience in very graphic websites wich use 2D and 3D room visualisation. It is a webshop witch sells tiles and other related products. Do not reply if you are not senior PHP developer. Flight micro framework is used only for url routing on the app any php developer can easily modify the code. Read text carefully. I want to comunicate directly to the senior PHP programmer. I do not wish to talk to a consultant who relays my requests to the developer!!! When you replay do not say hi but i want to hear your sugestions / ideas on the 14 points i have pointed out below.
