PHP script to auto login on https aspx page

I need a script written only in php with source code. Following task is required by script:

1. Grab aspx page of "third party website" which is https.

2. Login to that page with username and password which i already have.

3. After login, fill 1 form and submit it. Values of form will be random (decided by me)

4. Get response of form submission. Also need content of specific tags from the response.

For example: if response is:

<b>Need this</b><div>Do not need this</div>

I should able to get content of tag <b></b>, etc.

Important note:

1. I don't have access to source code of "third party website".

2. I have login account on "third party website". I will provide the same for testing script.

3. All ports of "third party website" is closed. checked on [login to view URL] So, only expert can do this project.
