PHP : Compute RSI

Post a PHP function that can compute RSI (with any given number of periods, 14 by default) with the following values, current value being first item, last one being the oldest candle :

Function must return current candle RSI (see expected output below), for candle 0 at 3.38$

Function output will be tested against Questrade RSI and must match what is given on screen.
