Modify/update Prestashop comments module

I would like to add some features to the standard Prestashop product comments module
- add multilanguage support: on product page show first comments on the showing language, all other languages below
- add an email template with a form that let the customer leave his comment directly in there. It need to be responsive (see sample attached)
- add the option to upload one or more picture with the comment
- add the option to show a carousel of the best comments in homepage with a picture to the related commented product.
- once approved share the comment, on the language of the customer, with a picture of the product commented on Facebook. Option to schedule the time of publishing. (see sample attached)
- add on homepage a banner with a counter of comments (see a sample attached)
- option to replay to comments
- automatically send a voucher to customers that leave a comment.
- option to share on Facebook the comments just wrote for an extra voucher discount.
