Magento extension creating xml feeds

The extension use api to connect to a marketplace.
The extention should create xml feed with products details (title, description, price, quantity...), should update product(when a product is updated in magento, a xml is sent to marketplace to upload the same). And should receive orders notifications. The Api documentation has all method actions calls with requests sample and responses. I could help with extention already done for another platform.
