[Intermediate Level] Python developer with experience in scraping and MySQL

Looking for an experienced python developer for a month. Should have done projects including scraping and MySQL. The project needs to be developed from scratch. Developer needs to scrap a list of websites for given set of information to be extracted. The extracted information then needs to be filtered for duplicacy check and the database needs to be updated accordingly. The module needs to be dynamic and upgradeable. The project should be delivered within a month from start date. The whole module needs to run every week using CRON. So knowledge of resolving site specific ip signature issue is must.
Required Experience:
• Experienced in scraping websites using python
• Experienced in MySQL related CRUD operations
• Experienced in Cron jobs
• Git knowledge is must
• Knowledge of ORM is plus
• Knowledge of docker is plus
• JIRA knowledge is plus
• Knowledge of design patterns is a plus
• Documenting using readme markdown is plus

Deliverable
• All modules should be working properly and in sync.
