Grab/save IMAP email attachments in PHP

The desired budget for this project is $50. There's open source code that does what we need so it should be a quick project if you know what you're doing. :) Bids at the high end of the range will be disregarded.
Attached is a php snippet that we're using to parse IMAP emails and save the header/subject/message to a table.
This assignment is to add code that will identify the presence of attachments, isolate the attachment's file name and data, and save it to the server.
All you have to do is add code that will do the following:
1. Search the $structure object for attachments
2. Check mime type and only allow the following: jpeg, gif, png, pdf, txt
3. For each attachment, create a variable that will contain the path and filename for saving the attachment. (We will provide the path and filename protocol later, you can simply insert a placeholder.)
4. Write the attachment to the server using the path/filename variable.
You don't have to worry about anything else.
Important note!! You will not be able to test this on our server, so you can do one of the following: (1) test it using your server and email account, or (2) deliver the code untested and we will do it here, working with you to debug.
