Gameway Website - Making Airports Entertaining!!

The company is called Gameway and we are bringing entertainment to airports. Imagine a first class lounge but with your own TV and Xbox to play on while you are waiting for your next flight.
We are opening two stores in DFW (Dallas Fort Worth Airport) next month and we need a website that will show the different games that customers can play on. It is really important the website will be compatible with being displayed on Ipads as this is where customers will look up which Xbox game they want to play.
The design needs to be appealing for an adult audience as the average age of a male gamer is 35years old and the average age of female gamer is 44! So something clean and stylish.
I like how the website [login to view URL] displays their movie selection (will attach image of page below). We want the game choices to also pop out with additional information once clicked on, 'a quick view' option. There is a limited selection of games, 19. In the following categories: 'All, Shooting, Action, Sports, Adventure, Kids'.
There will be no payments taken on the site, its just information. I cannot imagine there is more than the main page needed, but there will be sections within this page.
Budget - please advise.
