Edit a Wordpress Template's banner/header

I need a Wordpress site's banner altered to have banner images assigned to individual pages instead of the existing global image slider.
The banner will need to appear like it does now. It currently uses a random image script, but that will be removed.

PROJECT DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. I want to activate the 'Feature Image' function in Wordpress for Pages as well as Posts. It's already activated for Posts.
2. Then use the 'Feature Image' for each page, to assign a banner image for each page.
3. The existing banner is a random image script. That can be removed from the Theme Options > Header > "AFTER HEADER HTML" section.
4. Note that the logo and navigation menu need to still overlay over the banner/feature image for all pages.
5. I will give you Wordpress Admin access (and FTP if required).
6. The banner images all need to be 100% width and 500 pixels height and scale to all screen sizes. They it needs to remain mobile responsive.
