I am looking for an experienced developer to build an integrated Auction platform and marketplace satisfying the following requirements:
Payment Methods Integration:
* Allow for multiple payment methods including Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and possibly bitcoin integrations.
Bidding Process:
* Devise a multi-faceted bidding system that supports Timed-Bidding, Proxy-Bidding, and Incremental-Bidding features, bidding that allows users to input an money amount, is extended by only 10sec to bid again, and auctions end one after the other as a traditional auction would.
Product Listing Categorization:
* Products listed on the marketplace should be categorized by Product Type, Seller Location, and Price Range for ease of navigation.
Vendors be able to upload their own photos and descriptions for items in an auction, and be either a single item or a group of items in one auction not unlike a farm sale.
I would like the end of the auction to have online negotiations through the platform to arrange for an agreed end price if items don’t meet the reserves. This must be done without any contact details or phone number exchanges so the buyer and seller can’t make arrangements to meet away from the platform and skip out auction site for our commission.

I won’t to be the place to sell everything so you have an idea; mining, farming, cars, trucks, trailers, marine, animals, dogs cats, cattle, sheep, horses, goats, gemstones jewellery literally everything!
I want the website to run fast and with out issues especially during auctions, auto invoicing using xero integration and payments from bank cards.
Ideal candidates for this project will have prior experience in e-commerce platform development, specifically in the domain of auctions and online marketplaces. Competence in secure payment gateway integrations is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to create intuitive UI/UX. Understanding of user-level access and permissions is also desired to create roles for buyers and sellers. JavaScript, PHP, or Python skills along with SQL database proficiency and HTML/CSS experience are expected. Please include proven project examples in your application.
