Change the URL structure in my site

Hello,
I want a professional Backend developer to change the structure of how the url is working on my site. I have a button on each post, that let the user go to next or previous post based on the url number. If i add a word or button to the url, the buttons don't work any more. I want to be able to add any word or number to the url while the buttons still work. I want the developer to work now on it.
