Build an Android app with admin panel

I would like build an android app with admin panel.

It is the app for android device(but not android phone).

I have three sizes of displays 21.5", 32", 55", so layout size is proportionately.

This will be first project with selected developer and I am going to select an experienced developer or team for my projects through this project.

When send me proposal, show me your past projects so that you can prove me your work

Important is good communication and to keep timeline.
