Add Woo Commerce to Established Wordpress Site

I already have a Wordpress site, I just need someone to implement WooCommerce to the site and add the products, categories, tags, etc. and optimize for SEO. I will update and maintain site and Woo Commerce once it is set-up, I am just having trouble figuring out how to set-up Woo Commerce. Products are not sold on my main site but rather directed to my second site to check-out. I would like to keep all of my current category pages if possible.
