Add/Remove Joomla menu items on sub domain to match main domain and update an article

Need to have the menus on 12 subdomain sites updated to match the main domain (remove one menu item and add another menu item with a few sub items in its place).
Main domain: [url removed, login to view] **(need the "Team Sites" menu item and its sub-menu items added by replacing the "other sports" menu item)
***Will also need to copy/paste the main domain "Advertise" page (It is a K2 item) and replace the one on the subdomains
Note- the sub domains all use the same template as the main
