Need a program to scan availability of emails from [login to view URL]

I need a basic program to scan a txt file to see what emails are available to register from [url removed, login to view]
Program should look like this: [url removed, login to view]
So I basically load a text file of emails ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]) and it will go through the list and put the available names in the right column.
