Display RSS Feeds of External Websites - WordPress

Hello,

I need a page on a WordPress site that displays RSS feeds of external websites on the internet for specific keywords.

Feeds :

-will be posted to categories

-keyword selection of feeds

-will open in new window

-can be deleted

-can be set to max. feeds per day.

-Users will be able to like and comment on feeds.

Page will include the header and with content containing feeds similar to :

[url removed, login to view]
