Create a Joomla Template

I need a Joomla template created based on [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
We will consider (only) applications which can address the following points:
- The template should be identical (or close) to berlitz.it and berlitz.es. You have full permission to reuse any contents on those sites.
- The template should be Joom;a 3+ compatible, meaning components and modules can still be configured for the template
- The template should consist of loosely - Home page, sub pages, contact us page
- Describe if the map component (on the home page) is a module or part of the template
- Briefly describe how the menu system will be coded, especially on the background colours (i.e. CSS with class, etc)
- We have full rights to any IP created.
We have full permission and copyright to reuse the materials on berlitz.it and berlitz.es. So there are no copyright or trademark issues.
