Counter extension for Cornerstone (Theme X) wordpress plugin

First of all, it needs to be an extension for cornerstone part of the Theme X template for wordpress. See [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] for more information about cornerstone and Theme X. I will provide you with all the files you need (Theme X template + cornerstone).
The extension: a counter that will increase over time (read e.g. days).
For example: We drank [counter] espressos this month.
The counter should start each month at 0. Let's say the drink an average of 6 espressos a day. That means that the counter will increase with 6 every day.
I would like to have the following parameters: periode, start value, increase value, periode increase value.
Periode: the periode after which the counter would reset. In the example above this would be every month. A value of 0 would be no reset.
Start value: Should the counter start at zero or at a different value.
Increase value: the value the counter will increase every 'periode increase value'
Periode increase value: over what periode the increase value is set. In the example above it's days (every day the counter is increased with 6). This could be sec, min. hours, or days.

On average the ebook is downloaded 1 time every 5 seconds. The counter was made after they sold 30.000 ebooks.
In this case the parameters are:
Periode: 0
Startvalue: 30.000
Increase value: 1
Periode increase value: 5 seconds.
This year we saved a total of €[counter] for our customers.
Every day they save up to €7500 for their customers. The counter goes live at Jan 1, 2017.
In this case the parameters are:
Periode: 1 year
Startvalue: 0
Increase value: 1071 (7500 devided by 7 days is approximately 1071.)
Periode increase value: 1 day.
Attachment description:
As you can see, the native cornerstone counter has already a start value ("starting number"). If it's easier to build this counter in addition to the native counter of cornerstone, great let's make it. But I think it's easier to make a new cornerstone block.
