Convert .psd design into wordpress for single page site

I need the following tasks done:

1) Convert the attached .psd file into a Wordpress site using the Genesis Framework.

2) Make sure site is responsive and that mobile view appears as per the design.

3) Ensure that all text is editable through Wordpress once the site is live.

4) Move my site from its current hosting (Name Cheap) over to my new hosting (Blue Host).

3) Have the landing page (as per the .psd design) be on the root URL [url removed, login to view] and the rest of the site appear as is ([url removed, login to view]). That is, you need to link up the new landing page with the existing blog.

4) Ensure that basic caching and page optimisation is undertaken to ensure fast page speed load times. Use [url removed, login to view] to check page speeds.

5) Ensure that the email signup function works. You may have to use a free plugin...

6) Once someone signs up with email, have a basic 'thank you' page where I can edit the text.

7) Ensure that when making the design responsive, you have it so that the text staying centered inline with the background image and that it scales consistently.
