Online School needs a Management System what will have easy looks and feels for either: STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND ADMIN (all front-end);
- We will not need video calls within the platform - Student front end: - Register and Log in; - Buy credits for classes using PayPal OR bank payment, manually added by admin staff; - Book classes, reschedule classes, cancel classes (rescheduling only with a limit of hours set by admin) - Contact teachers and staff with IM within the platform; - Access previous payments; history of classes; bookings, cancelations; Note that classes will be with Skype, but booking, canceling and everything else will be done through our system - Teachers front end: - Log in; - Specify available hours (please note students and teachers use a different timezone and this is very important to not misunderstand!); - Press ONLINE NOW button so that students can book immediate classes with them; - Upload content so that students can access, each content page should be authorized by teacher to each student; - Fill out Performance reports - Contact students and Admin with IM within the system - Mark class as completed, no show, or others - Admin staff front end: - IM students and teachers; - Access to all information students and teachers have - manually add payments made by students - manually cancel classes - manually change students active or inactive mode - add teachers - add students - send performance reports created by teachers - charge students with payments based on dates - reschedule classes on online calendar (DRAG AND DROP CALENDAR); - create template emails This is just a quick note, the complexity is obvious and we will be adding more to the requirements. Please give us a total cost having in mind this project will change and we are very demanding.
