CakePHP developer for 1 month (possibility for further employment)

We are looking for developer that is fluent in CakePHP, PHP in general, MySQL and HTML5, CSS, Google API(s), and other newer coding languages. A developer that is not afraid of a challenge and is looking for a new part-time job.
We have a bigger project that is done in CakePHP and we are looking currently for short term monthly employment.
What we expect:
- 4-6 hours of working (coding) per day
-Scheduled Skype meetings
-Programmer that is committed to delivering the required result on the deadline
-Knowledge of Google Apis (maps, street view,.. )
What we offer:
We offer steady payment and option for further employment after first "test" month.
Possibility of being a part of a big portal that is still under development.
Please note that we will decide based on programmer previous participating on similar project and based on skills.
