Online CRM Project - CRM Customer Management System
Project is going to be used to assist tax preparers manage their clients. Send them notifications, send emails, send forms. A communication and management system for tax preparers.
Project would include but not limited:
Online secure program that starts with a dashboard of clients(customers) and their status
Allow for creation of campaigns so that you can email to them based on Tags and status.
Be able to email to customers through the system
Document management, would allow for documents to be scanned in and kept with client.
Future availability to send text messaging
Office management, would allow for individual preparers to log in as an office admin or as a preparer. System would schedule preparer time with clients, remind client and tax preparer of their appointment.
Would keep track of tax return statuses.
