Building a constructor for 2d/3d

The participant skills needed are basic knowledge of php, mysql and a little more advanced jquery,css. This project isn't difficult but calls for some previous experience. The project itself is to make a 2D constructor of a certain object(after signing up details will be given) from 3 sides with a possibility to add in by dragging, and also viewing the object as you go by through 3 sides of 2d the progress in a 3d model, probably css, but is also possible in HTML5 the one you are more comfortable in.
The project will be pay as you go. I already have a list of functionality set up which will be provided after contacting me and after that you can provide the pricing from your side for each necesarry function.
This project certainly will be interesting for those who want to venture in new web technologies, also if you have a better solution, safer, faster more easy to implement, etc. and you will provide it and show that it works succesfuly you will receive a bonus.
