Build a Travelling Website

I want to build from scratch a Wordpress traveling website containing 13 screens. I will provide a PSD and running backend server. I only work with stand alone proffesional wordpress developer and not with a team. It should be developed in less than 15 days. This is the first phase of long website development.

Adding pdf specification. We will deliver backend api document and psd files.
