I am looking for a for a simple solution __ windows desktop tool able to track and record all activities in daily trucking job as

1. Database for trips (km) simple payroll based on per mile or per percentage option

[login to view URL] for drivers a.k.a. owner operators ,truck units,trailer trailer units, brokers/shippers, customers,

mileage- odometer,mpg,expenses .

[login to view URL] for payroll for each driver per trip per day,weekly totals, monthly totals, year total.

I am looking to be able to use it without internet connection and also if used on multiple computers to be able to sync the data..
