Automated Tweet on Monitoring Alert

We are looking for someone to write a PHP script that will run as a cron job on a regular basis. This script will check a monitor with [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view]) and if a particular sensor is in a particular state, it will automatically tweet out a notification on our twitter name. Care must be taken in the script to ensure that no more than one notification per day is sent out.
The successful coder will be able to use our [url removed, login to view] account for testing, however, you must use your own Twitter account to test. Once testing is complete we will give you our Twitter credentials to complete the setup. You will host the test script on your own server.
The successful coder will be told the exact wording of the notification for the tweet, as well as the specific Wormly monitor to watch.
