Members Prepaid Package on Woocommerce

The site is a bookshop created in wordpress using Woocommerce.
The site is a 'Members Only' Book Shop.
There are 3 Levels of Membership:
Child Trial Membership (paid)
Child Full Membership (paid)
Teachers Zone (free)
'Child Trial Membership' will allow for the customer to select 4 books from any category after they have paid their membership. Thereafter they will need to 'pay via shopping cart' for any additional books.
'Child Full Membership' will allow for the customer to select 12 books from any category after they have paid their membership. Thereafter they will need to 'pay via shopping cart' for any additional books.
'Teachers Zone' (free) customer will need to sign up to become a member to be able to purchase books but there will be no membership fee.
We have installed S2 Member - just incase this would be easy to use as we are not sure how to work round this.
However we would prefer just to work with Woocommerce and somehow make the memberships a 'product' but then make that product be a purchase of a specific number of books without a 'time frame' i.e. they will not be necessarily purchasing all books at the same time.
So each book when selected will need to have a '0' value until their membership allocation of books has been used.
Points that we have considered:
a) When a Member has Paid for a Membership they are allowed to select the relevant number of books for that membership level and for them to be added to their shopping cart on Woo Commerce as 0 Value.
b) Once the Members 'limit' has been reached they are allowed to 'buy' books from the store through woo commerce in the normal way via paypal.
C) All books in the store can be viewed prior to 'membership sign up' however when a customer clicks on 'Add to Cart' this should point to the members page to push them to sign up.
They can only select to buy as a 'Member' so they have to be logged in to purchase.
d) Once members are logged in they should be able to view 'Their Profile' (this is already set up) plus 'Books Chosen' already, books still available i.e. 3 free books left from membership. And then any other books that they have purchased should list (as per normal woocommerce membership page)
At the moment their is only dummy product data as we are about to set up categories and our client will add her products.
Everything is already there it just needs someone to 'piece it together' and we need it fast....
