A Bespoke Wordpress Magazine/News Theme With Custom Features & Simple Mobile Theme To Match

We would like a Wordpress theme to be created from scratch. No templates or existing templates should be used or manipulated for this.
We require the person to be comfortable in the following areas:
- Design & Graphics
- PHP
- Javascript
- jQuery
- AJAX
- MySQL
...and clean code is a must.
The Wordpress theme is for a online magazine/news type website and requires a few custom features, these can be discussed more in detail with the winner or just message if you want to know beforehand.
I expect clean, fresh and responsive design to attract users to engage with the system on a daily basis.
Again more details on how I want the design will be given directly to the winner.
I also want a simple mobile theme to match the desktop theme but that will be a simple theme which just pulls the posts and displays them. All I really want for the mobile is just to have the in-house theme.
I want FULL social network integration like The Verge or Mashable.
I want it bug free and be able to install third party plugins with no errors.
The theme must also load quick and have minimum calls and scripts running to make it run quicker.
This will all be tested by me during the development.
When finish I want the theme to have it's on settings panel in the wp-admin so I can change the logo, heading, banner and so on.
Please no redundancies and please no taking other peoples templates and changing few things around. I will catch on as I am a web developer, just no time to do this at the moment.
