Need Logo (.tif format)

I need a logo for a company by the name of:
NJB Properties, LLC.
It is a company that owns apartments and rents them out to people.
Preferably, I'd like to see the logo in a layout for:
Letter head
Business Cards
Envelopes
The logo should either be creative with the letters (like the logo at [url removed, login to view] ) or have some small graphic that illustrates apartments, or both.
Please send samples in low-res .jpg (you can put the word Sample on it if you like)... and I will chose a winner.
When I choose, I will accept that bid and then approve 100% when I receive the .tif files (for letter, business card, and envelope).
