I have a program written in Delphi that I have decided to expand upon before going to market with it.1 st. There are some minor changes to the program. These are:A: Title at top of program Change to "Francies Incapacitation Index & Ballistic Utilities"B: Replace end user licence agreement EULA with new EULA C:In Ballistic Coefficient Program correct spelling of "Long-Noze" to "Long-Nose" D:In The Francies Incapacitation Index program Remove the velocity of 1312 from coming up as default when program starts.E: In the Francies Incapacitation Index Program add critical velocities after game type in the drop down menu. Small Game = 556 FPS instead of just Small Game. ect F: In The Francies Incapaction Index Program Show defaults of "full metal Jacket" in bullet shape factor and "(Default) =1312 FPS" in the Critical Velocity along with the 30 inches of penitration all ready there when the program starts.
G: This Might not be Minor - Add Altitude and temperature adjustments to Ballistic Coeficient Program from [login to view URL] ( this might count as an extra qbasic program to be converted to Delphi)
2nd There are 5 more QBasic programs to convert do delphi and intergrate into the program.
3rd The addition of tabs to bring up the following:
Tab to bring up program & utilities instructions to view and /or Print out.
Tab to bring uo targets to view and / or print out.
Tab to bring up documents to View and /or print out.
Tab to bring up Loading Manual to view and /or Print out
The program must be fully self contained so the customer can install on his or her own computer. All utilities in the program must have the capibalities to print out the results.
Because their might be 6 QBasic programs to convert as explained above and the additional tab for a loading manual. which was not in my original bid request, Modify your bids if you wish to do so.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

It must operate under Windows 95, 98 , ME, XP but preferbaly all versions of Windows
