I am looking to prepare website like [url removed, login to view] where by a client asks a question; pays and the question is answered. I prefer to start with a Question and Answer script and you edit edit...However if you have other ideas i welcome those. I intend to run a professional company answering specific questions in my profession. Other features include:
-Client will be charged a standard fee
-payment linked to my paypal or clickbank
-i will answer most of the questions, however i need provision i will hire a junior who can assess the questions, draft answers but i will approve the answers before posting.
Only professionals to bid. I will choose reasonable price..This is the third time i have posted this project on either frelancer or elance only to be disappointed. Therefore would greatly appreciate if only professionals bid.
