Custom Wordpress Theme Work - NEED SIDEBARS

I'm in the process of building a Wordpress website and the theme i am using does not have the ability to add widgets to the sidebar, because it doesn't have an active sidebar.
I need someone to completely customize this theme so the sidebar works like a "normal" theme should.
i.e. the ability to drag and drop widgets such as plain text boxes for custom content, tag clouds, opt-in forms, custom menus, etc.... and have them show up.
Need this work done as soon as possible.
