CSS Rendering on Wordpress Theme

I'm having a rendering problem on a Wordpress Theme in some browsers for the website evergreennutrition dot com. I have included two screen shots of the problem. Specifically I need assistance with the horizontal navigation bar issue displayed in the pictures (I fixed the rest).
The first image is from a computer running Windows 7 and IE version 8.0.7600.16385. ([url removed, login to view]). The other screenshot is from a computer running Windows XP IE version [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view]). I will also need it checked for compatibility with older versions of IE as well since a lot of people don't update their browsers.
The theme being used on this blog is Antisnews and I will make the FTP server available to the winning bid.
Please include a solid timeline for project completion along with your bid.
