X-cart to Wordpress Theme Conversion

General information for the website: online magic shop established for 12 years

Description of every page/module: I need a wordpress theme creating that works and looks exactly like that at x-cart site: [login to view URL] (test site)
it MUST be responsive and very well written with all the correct tags and elements
Description of requirements/features: it must look and feel just like existing x-cart side as customers will travel between the two. If the x-cart side uses certain to stylings and such I need everything to match.
The x-cart theme i'm using is: [login to view URL] which lists all it's features.
I do not need all these features implementing however if you feel there are any that are necessary then please include.
Most important thing is it's responsive in exactly the same way x-cart is.
You must create a cron job that will copy the entire middle section of [login to view URL] daily or upon my command which will update the front page which will be situated at [login to view URL] but going to install test at [login to view URL]
Please note the top navigation bar is sticky
- The search box must display instant search results as at [login to view URL]
- The navigation ideally would be controlled by the x-cart side however as long as the "MAGIC SHOP" navigation emulates and adds categories as I add them on the x-cart side, the remaining links could be set up within wordpress and if I add new tabs I would just have to add to both sides.
- The left column must contain all the boxes that are currently on [login to view URL]
The x-cart template lets me choose whether I want 1 column, 2 column or 3 column.
- I need to have these choices on the wordpress side within posts and pages and the widths must be the same as x-cart.
- If they click the sign in button at the top I would like the popup sign in box to come up as if on x-cart side which when logged in takes them to x-cart. default.
- If logged in even if they move from x-cart to wordpress I would still like it to register as if they are logged in by it saying "logged in" saying name and "sign out" next to it.
- Ideally if I move around boxes on x-cart then it moves them around in the left or left and right column of wordpress too but if not a way of managing this... the categories tree must work from x-cart on the left.
- I must be able to add new boxes though as when they are on wordpress side I do wish to add extra blocks for "magic news" and other such information.
- Although the frontage middle section copies information from x-cart I still need to be able to add specific information on the front page like the welcome block or create additional blocks with
- the whole site must be optimised for search engines providing in all the best places in the sort code including the information. and the front page although copying data from one page must be readable by search engines as if it's on the page 100% - also with content and blogs text being displayed in best source code positions along with any messy code like js scripts and such being put into separate files where possible.
Just to clarify my site will be still running x-cart as the commerce platform... but the front end of the site must be wordpress and able to install as a theme on my existing wordpress installation.
