Adult Website with Video Redirection

I'd like to build a website similar to [url removed, login to view] but with adult content and the following features:
- Front page has thumbnails in body of website. At top of website is a toolbar with a clickable button that redirects user to a different user submitted video. Algorithm for what new video appears it determined by the video's like/dislike ratio.
- User have the option to favorite videos. Disliked videos will not be shown again to same user.
- Users can register and submit video links from other sites.
- Users can thumbs up or down video submissions in the toolbar - this results in videos with high thumbs up/thumbs down ratio being linked to first over more disliked submissions.
- Visit [url removed, login to view] if you'd like to get a feel for the general feature set of the website.
If you are interested please bid an amount for the cost of the total project.
I already have a design for the front page - see attached file, but be aware that it is of adult content.
