Need to highlight search text in html files while displaying it in browser as in chm or help [url removed, login to view] note that the source code of files browser should not be affected and it couldnt be possible edited as its in ebook format(html files embedded in exe).
Only the displayed content i.e the outer text of the files browser should highlight the text based on search words searched.
case 1 => For example hightlight words like "custom" in the dispalyed text with one color if flag is say 1 in our search query and highlight with another color if flag is say [url removed, login to view] purpose : Flag 1 is for primary search , Flag 2 is for secondary, flag 3 is for third respective filters upto max color of 5.
case 2 => Search could also include phrase words also for example "sample invoice" or phrase like "sample of the invoice" , in second case the phrase search should highlight both aspect as " of the " are common [url removed, login to view] common words like should be taken dynamically from the text file or to the variable string if the value is passed to it. The distance between words should be more than 5 words. No phrase hightlight Say if "Sample is against the primary format of the invoice"
Programmer should construct a algorithm for synonyms where it should hightlight "customize" or "customization" as in help file system but not "custom".

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
