Easy PDF modification

I have a PDF file with three User-Editable Fields that I need modified. The issue is that an image on the document needs to be updated to a newer image.

This should be a quick job for anyone with a copy of Adobe professional and an image editor (like photoshop.) I would do it myself, but I don't own a copy and have never worked with it.

Requirements:

1. Switch out old image of cell phones with new image I provide. It needs to look good in proportion with the original image.

2. The user-editable fields need to still function for a user with adobe reader.

3. Text should remain the same.

I will add a bonus if anyone with marketing experience want to try to improve on the font and design by providing an additional version newer of the PDF, but will be ok if you just switch the picture out. This is a printable "flyer" that organizations will use to promote used cell phone donation to their cause so they can raise money.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
