We have a large GitHub project that uses multiple other github projects. We would like our main project to be synced to all the smaller projects so it is automatically updated.

This should be a very fast job for someone who knows GitHub well.

Some of our modules are SVN based and need to be converted into GitHub. You will be responsible for setting up every submodule and linking to GitHub.
