clone features of [login to view URL] (repost)

We are looking clone the features of [url removed, login to view] but only for Bing (with birds eye view) and Google. We need to discuss technology. All the features of Bing are not available in Flash/Flex. So if you can do this all in Silverlight or Ajax/Javacsript then great. You see the features, we need to be able to save images, load KML/SHP files, load images...etc. (we do not need the user folder stuff or the social networking stuff). We will need any and all options to be controlled via a [url removed, login to view] file at runtime. In additon to the [url removed, login to view] features, we'll need this to be a sketch pad for the user to make it a drawing tool where they can save the final image (shoul dbe as easy as remove map tiles). But we'll need Snap -To-Grid feature. Another addon is a floorplan tool. So on a blank map with grid, we'll allow the user to create floorplans. Should be as simple as special markers I would think...you tell me. I need to know the technology you'l use and timeframe. PLEASE make sure you look at all the tools in [url removed, login to view] (the PRO version).

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
